The evaluation of sites and their market enviroment regarding their potential and competition is ispacom's speciality. The influencing factors are numerous: 

  • Is there enough potential around the site? Potential is estimated from the population in the catchment area and so-called "visitors" - i.e. people working in the area.
  • Are there any competing companies? Only on a map can one see the real spatial relationship to one's competition.
  • What is the strategy to come up against the competition? The information about the social and demographic environment gives an advantage to create the optimal product portfolio.
  • Are there agglomeration effects to expect? Positive agglomeration effects can be seen on the map showing the various locations of synergetic businesses close to the site.
  • How is the quality of the transport connection at the site? ispacom helps organisations estimate accurate infrastructural information, e.g., public transport, highway access  and sufficient number of car parks that are success factors in any given location.
